Heat recovery

  • Rotary heat exchanger esp. for ventilating office buildings, as in winter part of the humidity from the outgoing air is recovered and fed back
  • Two choices of Plate heat exchangers for separate airflows:compact Counterflow heat exchanger - heat transfer on four sides, supply and exhaust air flows are directed crosswise and simultaneously. Cross-flow heat exchanger for high volume ventilation systems – heat transfer on two sides, as the supply and exhaust air flows are directed crosswise and tightly with low pressure loss
  • HKVS system for 100% separation of supply and exhaust airflows

Low energy consumption

  • State of the art ventilation, infinitely variable, energy-efficient IE4 EC fans from the leading European manufacturers
  • Fanwall to save floor space and for the purpose of redundancy
  • Integrable heat pump technology for decentralised and highly efficient heating and cooling supply (choice of integrated cooling unit, integrated heat pump or integrated reversible heat pump for both purposes
  • External heat pump technology for decentralised heating and cooling supply
  • Separate or combined heating and cooling coils when using externally generated heat or cold

  • Easy Lifting for transport by crane or helicopter
  • Powder-coated inside and out in any RAL colour, optionally with saltwater-resistant C5-M paint

Tropical Islands

In the OHANA Lodge Hotel, seven modern WOLF KG Top units provide fresh air as required for the rooms, kitchen, restaurant, entertainment and technical areas. The total air capacity installed by WOLF in the ‘OHANA’ is 62,000 m3/h. The highly efficient units achieve heat recovery rates of over 80%. The air velocity of the supply air introduced into the occupied zone as required is generally below 0.1 m/s. The compact modular design simplifies logistics on the construction site.

Because it makes transport to or into a building much easier and the installation of the functional units faster and more precise.
