The Euro Plaza is a business park in Meidling, a district of Austria’s capital Vienna, designed by Neumann & Partner offering some 212,000 m² of office space. A modern high-grade steel, glass and aluminium façade transforms Vienna’s most advanced office park into something truly remarkable. Its construction began 2001 and was split into a total of seven phases. Numerous renowned companies and brands have already settled their Austrian head offices in the completed stages. The head office of Microsoft Austria has been resident since 2002. Sony Austria and Hewlett-Packard, each with around 1000 staff, have also found a home in this magnificent building.

Apart from external solar screens, these buildings feature a draft free cooling system utilising a cooling bar, as well as mechanical ventilation for all interior areas. 13 Wolf KG Top air handling units ensure the air in office areas is changed twice every hour and six times in conference and meeting rooms.
