The cinema was built on the Walloon promontory between Nijmegen and Arnhem, adjacent to the newly created bathing lake, on a clearly visible spot on the Prins Mauritssingel. It has eight halls with a total of 1911 seats. The largest room has 698 seats and the largest 3D screen in the Netherlands with 280 m2, 4DX and Dolby Atmos Sound. Sounds from above, such as helicopters or rain, can be experienced in an optimal way. On the ground floor there are rooms and restaurants which can be used flexibly for conferences, meetings, fairs, exhibitions, concerts and theatre performances. An outdoor pavilion was built on the beach, which is used as a restaurant for the cinema. The project was completely developed in BIM, so that the very short construction time of only eight months could be realized.

Equipped with Eurovent Energy Label A. Equipped with highly efficient heating wheels and a mixing section for controlling the amount of fresh air based on the CO₂ content. With change-over heat exchangers for heating and cooling and energy-saving, continuously adjustable EC fans. The total air volume is 64,230 m3/h.

Equipped with Eurovent Energy Label A. Equipped with highly efficient heating wheels and amixing section for controlling the amount of fresh air based on the CO₂ content. With change-over heat exchangers for heating and cooling and energy-saving, continuously adjustable EC fans. The total air volume is 20,600 m3/h.
