WOLF CKL evo available for additional output ratings

Smooth surfaces, no gaps and no open-pored materials ensure strictly hygienic operation according to VDI 6022

WOLF is fully committed to serving the needs of design engineers and installers. For this reason, the company has expanded the new CKL evo series with the output ratings 4700 and 6100 m³/h, completing the range of appliances in this flexibly configurable series. Compared to the previous product line, the new models have up to ten percent higher air flow rates with the same or even smaller dimensions. Thanks to smooth surfaces, no gaps and no open-pored materials, the appliances can also be used without any hygiene concerns according to the applicable guideline VDI 6022. In addition, they have Eurovent and RLT certification as standard. A double filter stage and a pocket filter module guarantee that these appliances meet the most demanding hygiene requirements. Thanks to the modular design and the wide range of output ratings, the appliances can be adapted to even the most challenging projects with minimal effort for quick and easy installation, configuration and connection in order to start operation immediately.

Practical new features for maximum performance

The new comfort compact ventilation units from WOLF represent an optimal combination of compact dimensions and high performance which is ideal for a wide range of applications. They are available as indoor units with a horizontal or vertical duct connection and as outdoor units. They also offer outstanding housing values in accordance with DIN EN 1886: thermal bridge factor TB2, thermal insulation T2, mechanical stability D1 and leak class L1. The highly efficient countercurrent plate heat exchanger transfers valuable thermal energy from the extracted air to the fresh, filtered outdoor air. The housing with a robust white (RAL 9016) powder coating has a concealed cable harness in the back panel. The pressure gauge hoses and connections are also tucked out of the way and affixed inside the door. With this special design, everything is clearly and cleanly organised, and the surfaces are reduced to an absolute minimum. This means less dirt accumulation, and all smooth surfaces are easier to keep clean.

Carefully designed for the simplest possible installation

All CKL evo units are equipped with components of the Easy Lifting System. This makes transport to or within a building much easier, and installation of these functional units is quicker and more precise. Thanks to the carefully thought out design and pre-drilled holes, there is no need to drill a hole in the outdoor units for the supply line duct. The duct can also be mounted ex works. A boost damper is also included for the high-speed heating of buildings or individual rooms with no need for outdoor air. This saves operators a lot of energy and costs as it makes it possible to heat up buildings using warm interior air without the need to add cold outdoor air.
