Fifty-four air handling units with heat recovery and up to 45,000 m³ air volume per hour are deployed. According to official data provided by the operator, every hour approximately 1,000,000 m³ of air are moved within the seven story building structure behind the stands and the world’s largest membrane cover. The technical features of the WOLF air handling units include multiple integrated energy saving heat recovery components such as thermal wheel heat exchangers and crossflow heat exchangers. The heat recovering system reduces CO² emissions by more than 3200 tonnes.
