Heat pump heating system

A heat pump heating system generates heating energy and/or domestic hot water all year round using free thermal energy from the environment. As part of this process, the energy stored in the environment is raised to the required temperature level using electrical drive energy. The environmental energy stored in the air (air source heat pumps), the ground (ground source heat pumps for brine) or groundwater (ground source heat pumps for water) can act as the heat source.
