For anyone looking for an efficient heating system, who may also want to be kept cool. The compact BWL-1SB is genuinely multi-talented, as it efficiently supplies you with heat, and you can rely on its cooling function when temperatures rise in summertime. Your interior is gently cooled enabling you to enjoy a pleasant, constant indoor environment.
The BWL-1SB never draws attention to itself. It comprises of a space saving indoor unit and a compact outdoor unit, which can be installed up to 25 m away from its indoor mate. In addition, you can complement this split heat pump with a WOLF CEW-2-200 DHW cylinder. A capacity of 180 litres means that, together with the heat pump, it creates an efficient heating centre. Another benefit: this cylinder does not require any additional space in your basement and can be mounted directly above the indoor unit.
Can be used all year round. The BWL-1SB keeps your home at the temperature you want. And when temperatures rise in summer, the BWS-1SB also ensures that your interior is gently cooled. And that’s good for the environment as well, as heat pumps yield up to 80 % of thermal energy from the environment. This reduces CO2 emissions and preserves fossil resources.
The installation of a heat pump is particularly appropriate in new buildings and well insulated properties. These buildings enable a good ratio between energy input (electricity) and heat provided to be achieved. If you already have a PV system on your roof, you can use the power it generates to operate your heat pump via the smart grid-ready function.
Whether you're looking at heating, ventilation or cooling – at WOLF we are only satisfied when all these elements come together to provide you with an indoor environment where you can truly relax. We want technology to fit around you, not the other way round.
And because your requirements may change over time, we offer you full control of your heating system, DHW temperature and air change rates with our user friendly devices, intuitive apps, and SmartHome enabled programming units –so your living zone is also your comfort zone.
