Nine convincing arguments for you and your customers

1

WOLF Gas heaters CGB 75 1

Unrivalled efficiency

Outstanding seasonal central heating efficiency (ηs) of 95%. An integrated spread control system maximises the condensing effect in heating mode and minimises the amount of electricity required. The appliance also has an extremely high modulation range of 1:6 and can be modulated down to 16% of its rated output - ideal in periods of low demand.

2

WOLF Gas heaters CGB 75 2

Latest WOLF control technology

Thanks to the WOLF control system 2 (WRS-2), the new modern control system is fitted with a common temperature sensor for a low loss header. The WOLF programming unit 2 (BM-2) can also be integrated, along with the practical commissioning assistant. The system can also be maintained remotely and conveniently using the WOLF Link pro internet interface (version 4G incl. router).

3

WOLF Gas heaters CGB 75 3

Countless options

Cascades of up to five units are suitable for a wide variety of applications and provide up to 500 kW of output. Flue gas return dampers for flue cascades are included as standard. The appliance is easy to integrate into building control systems, underlining its flexibility. Apartment blocks, hotels, swimming pools - versatility guaranteed.

4

WOLF Gasthermen CGB 4

XXL durability

The coated heat exchanger made from extruded AlSi is optimised for its output rating and has a large number of fins for outstanding heat transfer. The sophisticated design features a flue gas temperature sensor system, a combustion chamber cover with vermiculite insulation, an automatic air vent valve and many other robust components for maximum reliability and longevity.

5

WOLF Gas heaters CGB 75 5

Sophisticated control system design

The control system was redesigned from the ground up to optimise the accessibility of every control connector and component. All of the circuit boards are contained in a single housing along with the optional WOLF Link home or I/O module. Integrated cable ducts and the central cable bushing in the combustion chamber make the components easy to access for installation and maintenance purposes.

6

WOLF Installation

Installation & commissioning

No minimum side clearance, connections which are 100% compatible with the previous model and the simplicity of switching to LL / LPG make this appliance easy to use in a boiler room. The commissioning assistant in the BM-2 programming unit identifies WOLF components and guides the user directly and successfully through the configuration.

7

WOLF CGB 75 7

Maintenance made easy

The CGB-2-75/100 is fully accessible from the front and top. Flue gas tests can be performed from the outside, making the appliance particularly easy to maintain. All cleaning is done under system pressure. WOLF worked closely with contractors during the development of the unit to make all relevant components as easy to access as possible.

8

WOLF Gas heaters CGB 75 8

The WOLF parts management system

WOLF’s typical and comprehensive accessories (e.g. pump assemblies, low loss header set for individual units or cascades, flue gas systems) and replacement parts management system round out the features perfectly. Many parts are shared with other WOLF appliances, reducing storage space requirements for trade partners and minimising mix-ups.

9

WOLF Gas heaters CGB 75 9

Quieter than any other

Thanks to its optimised insulation, the appliance is the quietest one on the market* at 47 dB(A). “Our big one” looks striking in WOLF’s new, appealing silver stripe design.
