A freshwater module provides a method of DHW heating. As its name suggests, the FWS-2 provides you with a direct supply of fresh domestic hot water. This means whenever you need hot water, you simply turn on the tap and water is heated for you through the employment of the instantaneous water heating principle. DHW is not buffered and stored in any cylinder. Of course, the module ensures that the water temperature is hot enough at all times.
WOLF freshwater modules are available with four different output ratings. For both detached houses and apartment blocks, as well as larger commercial premises, such as hotels. The floor-standing FWS-2 is available in four versions with continuous DHW flow rates of 15, 40, 100 and 130 l/min.
In addition, the wall mounted FWS-2-60 has been developed for detached and two-family houses. This is suitable for a system comprising a wall mounted gas or oil condensing boiler with solar thermal system.
Convenience, freshness and hygiene are also important when it comes to a DHW supply. The quality of the hot water is particularly high when it is heated by means of a freshwater module in the basement and then used immediately. This means you get hygienically pure domestic hot water – virtually as fresh as spring water.
