Your activities
Identification, formulation and realization of technical and functional requirements for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Project responsibility for Employee Central and ideally other modules (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, etc.)
Moderation of technical and functional content
Responsibility for the interfaces in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
Support for various topics relating to the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors
Continuous further development of system content and operating processes
Supporting other projects and digitization initiatives in the HR area
Your profile
Completed studies with a focus on information technology / business or comparable training
Initial practical experience in the design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or SAP HCM PA/OM
Strong understanding of IT systems
Motivation, enthusiasm, communication skills, structured and independent way of working
Team player, solution orientation, proactivity and conceptual strength in combination with pragmatism
Confident handling of the common MS Office programs
Good communication skills in German and English
