IT Specialist SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d)

Your activities

  • Identification, formulation and realization of technical and functional requirements for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Project responsibility for Employee Central and ideally other modules (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, etc.)

  • Moderation of technical and functional content

  • Responsibility for the interfaces in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM

  • Support for various topics relating to the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors

  • Continuous further development of system content and operating processes

  • Supporting other projects and digitization initiatives in the HR area

Your profile

  • Completed studies with a focus on information technology / business or comparable training

  • Initial practical experience in the design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or SAP HCM PA/OM

  • Strong understanding of IT systems

  • Motivation, enthusiasm, communication skills, structured and independent way of working

  • Team player, solution orientation, proactivity and conceptual strength in combination with pragmatism

  • Confident handling of the common MS Office programs

  • Good communication skills in German and English
