- Can I submit my documents by email or post?No, you can only submit your application via our application portal. Please understand that this is the only way we can process your application.

Confirmation of application receipt
After you have submitted your application, we will send a confirmation of receipt to the email address you provided.

Invitation to the first interview
In order to get to know each other better and to address any open questions, we usually arrange an initial video interview using Microsoft Teams.

- I don’t have a Microsoft Teams account. Can I still participate in a video interview?You do not need an account to participate. The invitation will contain a link that you can use to participate in the interview from your browser.
- What technical equipment do I need to take part in the video interview?You can participate using any laptop, computer, tablet or smartphone. The only requirement is that the device has a camera and a microphone.
Tip
Choose a bright, well-lit and neutral room where you will be undisturbed for your video interview and ensure that your internet connection is stable.

Invitation to the second interview
If your video interview is successful and depending on the position in question, we will invite you to attend a personal interview on site at WOLF. We want to get to know you better in a relaxed atmosphere and give you some insight into the company.

- Does WOLF pay the travel costs?Yes, WOLF will reimburse your travel costs. In the case of very long journeys, we will also cover the cost of an overnight stay by prior arrangement.
- Who will conduct my personal interview at WOLF?A representative of the relevant department (usually the direct supervisor or sometimes the next manager up) and a representative of the Human Resources department always take part in interviews.
