BWS-1 & BWW-1

The BWS-1 brine-to-water heat pump and BWW-1 water-to-water heat pump extract free energy from the ground. Their year-round efficiency guarantees reliable heating. 

Reliable, highly efficient heating

  • BWS-1 brine-to-water heat pump

    The WOLF BWS-1 uses the constant year-round temperature level underground to extract free energy from the earth. You can choose between large-area, horizontal geothermal collectors and vertical geothermal probes. Geothermal collectors are primarily suitable for new buildings while probes can be retrofitted for older buildings.

    The BWS-1 is available in various output classes – choose between the WOLF models BWS-1-06, BWS-1-08, BWS-1-10, BWS-1-12 and BWS-1-16 depending on the heating requirements of your home.

  • BWW-1 water-to-water heat pump

    Generate free energy from groundwater with the BWW-1. This model extracts heat from the groundwater and uses it to heat your home and supply it with hot water. It is highly efficient thanks to the constant year-round temperature of the groundwater.

    WOLF supplies the BWW-1 in different versions so that you can choose the output that suits your individual heating requirements. You can choose between the models BWW-1-07, BWW-1-11, BWW-1-13, BWW-1-15 and BWW-1-21.

Our BWS-1 and BWW-1 models draw their energy directly from the ground and so use a free and freely available heat source. They make you more independent of fossil fuels such as gas or oil. 



The BWS-1 and the BWW-1 can operate almost self-sufficiently if you use your own PV system to cover their electrical consumption.

The modular design of the two products allows them to be flexibly combined with other system modules.



Benefit from an efficiently interacting system containing a heat pump, cylinder, solar thermal collectors or photovoltaic modules, ventilation system and condensing boiler. The entire system can be conveniently controlled using a programming unit or the Smartset app.
