01. Our areas of expertise

At WOLF, we accompany the entire process from product development to servicing, a comprehensive process spanning product development through to service.

Development

When a new WOLF product is launched, you can be sure it is the work of a solid project team: a joint effort between hundreds of experts from our heating technology, air handling, ventilation, control technology and software development departments as well as our innovation centre. Project managers coordinate and support development projects through to completion.

Production

Our Production department relies heavily on team cohesion and transparency. These principles are vital for all areas of production, from heating and air-conditioning units to producing new appliances that meet todays’ needs. Without these traits, we could not achieve our objective of developing a production environment that is continuously evolving to meet future requirements.

Sales

One of the keys to our success is the participation of our Sales department in the planning and realisation of heating and air handling systems in a partnership of equals. In other words, we place strong emphasis on understanding and addressing customer requirements.

Service

Dedicated service and support for our customers. This is the motto of the WOLF Service Team, who work every day to support our customers' requirements. But Customer Service can only consistently pursue this goal if our products meet high quality standards.
