Reliable and efficient ventilation, dehumidification and heating in a small installation space.

Dehumidify and heat like the big boys: compact, energy-efficient, easy-to-install ventilation units for private, hotel and therapy pools.  Three options for heat supply: fully integrated heat pump, electrically heated register or connection to external heat or cooling supply.

Highlights at a glance

The CKL pool units s fit through small openings and into tight technical rooms and have very large inspection openings for service and maintenance work. Thanks to ready-to-connect piping and wiring, they are plug-and-play-ready and can be quickly and easily connected and put into operation without a refrigeration certificate. 

Three sizes with a nominal flow rate of 1000 m³/h, 2000 m³/h and 3000 m³/h cover the standard pool sizes in private homes, small hotels and therapy pools. They use both free cooling and integrated heat pump technology.

Low energy consumption

  • Ventilation system in accordance with the latest state of the art, featuring compact, infinitely variable, energy‑efficient EC fans from leading European manufacturers. Integrated measurement system for determining the air volume flow
  • From 1300 m³/h, integrated inverter-controlled, modulating heat pump technology (alternatively: a stepless heat pump without frequency inverter) for additional heat recovery from the exhaust air (optionally with integrated cooling coil, integrated heat pump, or integrated reversible heat pump for both functions). Condenser and evaporator made of copper for maximum corrosion resistance. Refrigerant: R513A (non‑toxic and non‑flammable)
  • Plug-and- play without any refrigeration licence
  • Optional: Basin water condenser

Housing

  • Small installation footprint (measured without control cabinet and piping):
    1.80 × 0.72 m.(800-1000 m3/h.), 1.70 × 0.80 m. (1300-2000 m3/h.), 2.10 × 0.85 m. (2000-3000 m3/h.)
  • Coated aluminium profiles
  • Complies with L1; D1; T2; TB2; F9 and is non-combustible according to building material class DIN 4102: A1 (tested by TÜV Süd according to DIN EN 1886)
  • For easy installation of the units (from 1300 m³/h) into the building, the upper section can be completely removed without touching the piping or the heat pump located in the lower section. (The smallest size has no heat pump and can also be delivered dismantled if required.)
  • Fully powder-coated inside and outside for protection against corrosion

Control

  • Plug & play with full wiring and optimally positioned sensors for units with different requirements
  • Factory-tested external control cabinet with LCD and digital control continuously regulates pool hall climate. WOLF’s tailored software ensures efficient coordination of all components.
  • Remote access via web browser enables detailed settings, mode changes, and data logging; compatible with WOLF Smartset, Link Pro, and GLT systems via Modbus, BACnet/IP, LON, or web module.
  • Can always be retroactively and customzied expanded

Heat recovery

  • Highly efficient epoxy resin-coated aluminium plate heat exchanger with very high heat recovery. Not only does it reduce operating costs, it is also highly recyclable
  • Optional: bypass for standby operation with and without dehumidification requirement at air volumes between 800 and 1300 m³/h.
