Storage of pharmaceutical articles
A leading company in the pharmaceutical storage sector needed a reliable and energy-efficient air conditioning solution to store sensitive medicines and active ingredients under optimum conditions. In addition to a constant air supply and maximum heat recovery, maximum operational reliability and seamless integration into the existing hall concept were essential. The system also had to be designed to save space and installed in accordance with standards to enable rapid commissioning.
Our solution
To fulfil these requirements, a customised ventilation solution with two KG Top 4040 units and a total air volume of 120,000 m³/h was implemented.
- Rotary heat exchangers with heat recovery significantly reduce energy consumption
- Redundant system design with reliable partial wiring for maximum operational reliability
- Optimum integration into the hall concept thanks to floor mounting of the ventilation units
- Factory pre-wired and switch cabinet integration for fast commissioning
