Optimum indoor climate even on tropical nights
Tropical Islands
A unique resort requires a customised ventilation solution: with 150 air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant and a bar, it places the highest demands on comfort, energy efficiency and air quality. The different usage zones in particular - from the hotel rooms to the restaurant and the technical rooms - required a customised ventilation concept. At the same time, the ambitious sustainability goals of the project had to be met.
Our solution
- Customised system solution: Seven WOLF KG TOP ventilation units supply hotel rooms, restaurant and bar with fresh air as required.
- Maximum energy efficiency: Highly efficient heat recovery with over 80 % heat recovery efficiency ensures a significant reduction in energy consumption.
- Fast realisation: Despite the tight schedule, planning, delivery and commissioning were completed in just three months.
The result
The WOLF ventilation concept creates a pleasant feel-good atmosphere for guests and staff, significantly reduces energy consumption and fulfils all hygiene and comfort standards. Close collaboration with the planners led to the project being realised on schedule - right on time for the opening of the new hotel complex.
