System solution for the renovation of a multi-family residential building
Reference building Düsseldorf
Two residential buildings with a total of 24 apartments and approximately 2,000 m² of heated floor area required the replacement of the existing gas and oil heating systems. The urban location presented specific project requirements due to traffic-related noise, dust and particulate matter exposure. In addition, the project had to comply with applicable regulations and standards, including the GEG, the Drinking Water Ordinance and DIN 1946-6. Requirements relating to domestic hot water supply, ventilation and building services integration were considered as part of the overall system concept.
