Comfortline conventional gas boiler / combi boiler

Conventional, open flue, gas combi boiler for low temperature heating and DHW heating with integral DHW heat exchanger and electronic flue gas monitoring; tested in accordance with EC directives for connection to a chimney.

This boiler with natural ventilation is intended exclusively for connection in existing buildings to a shared flue gas system serving multiple apartments and routing combustion gases from the installation room to the outside. 
B1-type appliances connected to multiple apartments are exempt from the efficiency requirements of the ErP Directive.
The appliance draws combustion air directly from the installation room and is equipped with a draught hood.
This boiler is designed solely for the application described above and should be installed and operated in accordance with the specified technical and regulatory requirements.
