Compact ventilation unit with plate heat exchanger

Flexibly mountable indoor unit. For a pleasant indoor climate, for example in open-plan offices, meeting rooms, break rooms and social areas, doctors' surgeries or larger sanitary units.

Optimised for small installation areas and high comfort: reliable and highly efficient ventilation, dehumidification, heating and cooling.

Compact, energy-efficient and easy-to-install ventilation units with plate heat exchangers for smaller areas with high occupancy in commercial and social buildings. Nominal volume flow at 150 Pa external pressure: 710 m³/h.   Floor-standing, wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted versions allow for high flexibility during installation/setup.

The highlights at a glance

The compact, continuously adjustable ventilation unit is designed for volume flows between 300 and 800 m³/h and offers three installation options: on the floor, on the wall or under the ceiling. Thanks to ready-to-connect piping and cabling, it is plug-and-play-compatible and can be connected and commissioned quickly and easily.

Heat recovery

  • Heat recovery via high-performance plate heat exchangers with an efficiency of over 90 %. Optional: An enthalpy heat exchanger ensures maximum heat recovery and optimum energy efficiency as well as effective humidity management.  
  • Standard integrated bypass for night ventilation during summer heat (use of free cooling).

Low energy consumption

  • State-of-the-art, continuously adjustable, energy-efficient IE4 EC fans from leading European manufacturers – either volume flow or speed controlled. Optional: CO2, VOC or humidity sensors. 
  • Optional: water-based heating coils or electrically integrable, infinitely variable preheating or reheating coils (4.3 kW).
  • Optional: Direct evaporator (R32) or water-carrying change-over register for heating and/or cooling.

Hygiene

  • Design in accordance with hygiene guideline VDI 6022 
  • Bag filters in accordance with ISO 16890 (supply air filter ePM1 55% (F7) with long service life and quick-release filter system. Optional: visual filter indicator and second filter stage for special hygiene requirements.
  • Easy access for cleaning and maintenance (Flip&Clean silencers, quick-release filter systems that neither absorb nor retain moisture), as well as smooth, level floors and stainless steel surfaces.

Control

  • Plug & play thanks to complete cabling and optimally positioned sensors (e.g. CO2 and/or VOC). 
  • High-quality, pluggable, intuitive 4.3" BMK-Touch control module. One control module can be used for any number of devices (CSL-800 runs without a connected BMK-Touch). Hard-wired remote control incl. BMK-F wall bracket for easy settings (to be placed in the room). Timer programme possible.
  • WOLF WRS-K control system with interfaces to building management systems. Remote access via a web browser for detailed settings, changes to operating mode and recording of data points. Compatible with WOLF Smartset Portal, Link Pro and BMS systems via Modbus RTU and TCP, BACnet/IP according to AMEV profile AS-B, Ethernet and KNX.

Housing

  • The compact CSL-800 ventilation unit fits through small openings and into small technical rooms and can be mounted on the floor, wall or ceiling.
  • Complies with L1; D1; T2; TB2; F9 and is non-combustible in accordance with building material class DIN 4102: A1 (tested by TÜV Süd in accordance with DIN EN 1886).
  • Supply air can be directed to either the left or right side.
  • Optional: 2-in-1 solution: combined external and exhaust air damper with only one actuator
