COMFORT VENTILATION UNIT WITH ROTARY HEAT EXCHANGER

Maximum size for maximum success - air flow rates of up to 20,000 m3/h

Highlights of the proven CRL series include practical technology, easy installation and swift maintenance. 
The previous model of our popular ventilation unit could handle flow rates of 1300 to 9000 m3/h. We have now extended the series by four further unit sizes with output rates of up to 20,000 m³/h.

It is suitable for indoor or outdoor installation and complies in terms of hygiene with the applicable VDI 6022 (Optical filer display optional) guideline. The compact unit also is Eurovent-certified and AHU-certified as standard.

CRL Evo max - Regelung

  • Integrated control unit: Controls optimised
    for the appliance, factory-tested and installed in accordance with industrial standards. Can be easily connected to the WOLF Link pro interface module via ModBus.
     
  • Rapid warm-up: Optional boost damper excludes outside air for express heating of buildings or individual rooms.

  • Flexible filter options: Short bag filter supplied as standard and optional carbon filter to prevent odours. Filter quick-clamp system for
    filter changes done in seconds.
     
  • Extension options, such heating and cooling coils, filter pre-dryers, silencer modules and filter modules

  • Maximum efficiency: Low operating costs
    thanks to variable-speed EC fans
    and low air speeds within the appliance.
     
  • Eurovent-certified and AHU-certified as standard,

    - Thermal insulation: T2
    - Thermal bridge factor: TB2
    - Mechanical stability: D1

  • Indoor unit (CRL-iH evo max) and outdoor unit (CRL-A evo max) both have horizontal duct connections. (Appliance split into 3 or optionally 5 parts for easy handling)
     
  • Outdoor units are equipped with intake and exhaust hoods (with droplet separators) and a 3D drip pan to protect the appliance and support consistent operation
CRL Evo max - Superseal

  • Leakage < 2%: Rotors with patented labyrinth seal – for 98% air tightness. Available as a condensation, enthalpy and sorption rotors. The outside air correction factor even exceeds class 1 requirements as stipulated by DIN EN 16798-3.
